YHG1型冶金設備標準液壓(ya)缸
Y-HG1型(xing)冶(ye)(ye)金設備(bei)(bei)標準液壓缸,為雙作(zuo)用(yong)單活(huo)塞桿液壓缸,缸徑從40~320mm共有17種(zhong)規(gui)(gui)格,額(e)定(ding)壓力為16MPa,可(ke)以帶緩沖裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。該系列液壓缸有13種(zhong)安(an)裝(zhuang)連(lian)接型(xing)式,除軸向(xiang)腳(jiao)架式外,安(an)裝(zhuang)連(lian)裝(zhuang)尺寸均符合(he)(he)ISO6021/1-1981的規(gui)(gui)定(ding)。活(huo)塞桿端螺紋亦符合(he)(he)GB2350-80的規(gui)(gui)定(ding)。適用(yong)于(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)溫度(du)為-30C~+80C,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)介質為液壓油(you),乳化(hua)液的冶(ye)(ye)金設備(bei)(bei)(不適用(yong)于(yu)磷(lin)酸脂)。

一般來說,缸筒(tong)(tong)和(he)缸蓋的(de)結構(gou)(gou)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)和(he)其使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)材料有關(guan)。工(gong)作壓力p<10MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)鑄(zhu)鐵;p<20MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan);p>20MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)鑄(zhu)鋼(gang)或鍛(duan)鋼(gang)。法蘭連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),結構(gou)(gou)簡單,容易(yi)加(jia)工(gong),也容易(yi)裝拆(chai),但(dan)外(wai)(wai)形(xing)尺寸和(he)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)都較(jiao)大(da),常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)鑄(zhu)鐵制的(de)缸筒(tong)(tong)上(shang)。半環(huan)(huan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),它的(de)缸筒(tong)(tong)壁部(bu)因(yin)開了環(huan)(huan)形(xing)槽而削(xue)弱了強度,為此有時(shi)(shi)要加(jia)厚缸壁,它容易(yi)加(jia)工(gong)和(he)裝拆(chai),重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)較(jiao)輕(qing),常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)或鍛(duan)鋼(gang)制的(de)缸筒(tong)(tong)上(shang)。螺紋連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),它的(de)缸筒(tong)(tong)端部(bu)結構(gou)(gou)復(fu)雜,外(wai)(wai)徑(jing)加(jia)工(gong)時(shi)(shi)要求(qiu)保證內外(wai)(wai)徑(jing)同心,裝拆(chai)要使(shi)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)具(ju),它的(de)外(wai)(wai)形(xing)尺寸和(he)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)都較(jiao)小(xiao),常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)或鑄(zhu)鋼(gang)制的(de)缸筒(tong)(tong)上(shang)。拉桿連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),結構(gou)(gou)的(de)通用(yong)(yong)性大(da),容易(yi)加(jia)工(gong)和(he)裝拆(chai),但(dan)外(wai)(wai)形(xing)尺寸較(jiao)大(da),且(qie)較(jiao)重(zhong)。焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),結構(gou)(gou)簡單,尺寸小(xiao),但(dan)缸底處(chu)內徑(jing)不易(yi)加(jia)工(gong),且(qie)可能(neng)引起變形(xing)。
零部(bu)件(jian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)精(jing)度(du)(du)的影響問題,在液壓(ya)缸的制造過程中(zhong)應嚴格(ge)控制缸體(ti)內壁(bi)和活塞桿表(biao)面加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)精(jing)度(du)(du),特別是(shi)幾(ji)何(he)精(jing)度(du)(du),尤其(qi)直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)是(shi)關(guan)鍵,在國內加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝中(zhong),活塞桿表(biao)面的加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)基本(ben)上是(shi)車后(hou)磨(mo)削(xue),保證直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)問題不大,但對于缸體(ti)內壁(bi)的加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong),其(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)方法(fa)很多,有鏜削(xue)-滾壓(ya)、鏜削(xue)-珩(heng)磨(mo)、直(zhi)接(jie)珩(heng)磨(mo)等,但由于國內材(cai)料的基礎水平(ping)較國外有差距,管(guan)材(cai)坯料直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)差,壁(bi)厚不均勻、硬度(du)(du)不均勻等因(yin)素,往往直(zhi)接(jie)影響缸體(ti)內壁(bi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)后(hou)的直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du),因(yin)此(ci)建議采用鏜削(xue)-滾壓(ya)、鏜削(xue)-珩(heng)磨(mo)工(gong)藝,如直(zhi)接(jie)珩(heng)磨(mo),則必須首先提高管(guan)材(cai)坯料的直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)。

在允許的(de)情況下(xia),液壓(ya)缸(gang)的(de)缸(gang)體壁厚(hou)安全系數(shu)盡量選大一些,使(shi)缸(gang)體厚(hou)壁增(zeng)加,特別(bie)是高壓(ya)工況下(xia)使(shi)用的(de)油(you)缸(gang),以(yi)減(jian)小油(you)壓(ya)下(xia)的(de)缸(gang)體變形,變形后(hou)的(de)缸(gang)體也會引起液壓(ya)缸(gang)低速爬行(xing)。
